Brandon Bentley

Brandon Bentley is a Senior Instructional Technologist for HUIT Academic Technology, where he partners with faculty utilizing technology to enhance teaching and learning in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Brandon also co-chairs ABCD-TIE, a University-wide working group that focuses on technology in education, and is a standing committee member of the Digital Scholarship Support Group (DSSG), which provides instruction and support for digital methods in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences.

His special interests include Canvas, annotation software, visualization technologies, blogs, digital audio, and online mapping tools. He earned an Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.S. from the University of North Texas.

Prior to Harvard, Brandon was a research associate at the Denis McGarry lab at U.T. Southwestern Medical School. Formerly a rugby player, he now practices the gentle art of Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
