DESCRIPTION:<p>	<em>What is an unconference?</em></p><p>	The idea behind the unconference is that everybody is an expert in something! The unconference is a semi-structured way for anyone interested in learning design to share this expertise with the community. When you arrive, you will be asked to submit and vote on topics for 30-minute breakout sessions on two major themes:</p><p>	• A challenge or question you have that you want the learning design community to help you with</p><p>	• A project or tool you have used that you want to share with the learning design community</p><p>	We will take the top voted topics and distribute them around the space in two rounds of 30-minute breakout sessions.
