# Canvas course sites for academic year 2016-17 have been concluded July 15, 2017 On July 15, 2017, all FAS course sites from academic years 2015, 2016, and 2017 were concluded. **What does this mean?** Sites from these academic years have been switched into Read Only mode for staff and students. **What happens to my content?** No content has been lost; and both teaching staff and members of the class list still have access to course sites. \[***N.B.** Course lecture videos are not accessible on concluded sites. Individuals on the class roster can be provided a direct link for video access upon request.*\] **How do I find my concluded site(s)?** Concluded sites are accessible from the Courses → All Courses → Past Enrollments menu. **Can I still use my content?** Yes! You can still copy content from a concluded site onto an active site. **What if my student has an extension, or if I need to edit a concluded site?** Concluded sites can be temporarily “un-concluded” on demand.
