## **To do only once at the beginning of semester**

1. when instructed by your course head(s) or TF(s), check out a clicker at Cabot Library indicating to the front-desk staff the course(s) for which you will use the clicker. You will be asked to return the clicker at the end of the semester otherwise you will be charged a fee (the same way it works for books).
2. register your device when and if asked by your instructor. Follow the directions provided by your instructor. You might have to repeat this task for each class you will be using the Turning Technologies clicker.

## **Before each class when polling will happen**

- students might need to check that their clickers are set up with the right Radio Frequency (RF) channel (see [instructions](http://turningtechnologies.com/pdf/UserGuides/ResponseCard_RF_UG.pdf) for resetting the RF channel).
