Our goal is to bring together academic technologists (and friends) from around the university to share experiences, best practices, and new ideas. With input from the community, we hope to foster sharing, networking, and more collaboration across the schools and units here at Harvard.

Join us on **February 5th** online or in person at the Lamont Library Forum Room. The room is open at 2:45pm, so come early, grab a cup some treats, and connect with colleagues! Presentations are from 3:00pm to 4:00pm.

**Qualtrics :**“One Office, A Thousand Forms: *What Managing Forms for Prizes and Votes Taught Me About Qualtrics*”

Brianna Oglesby joined the Office of the Secretary of the Faculty in November 2024. She serves as the Prize Coordinator, administering the three largest Harvard College student prizes in the FAS each year, and supports the Secretary with faculty legislation, standing committees, and meeting administration. A classically trained flutist, Brianna can be found performing with the Brookline Symphony Orchestra (or nose deep in a book) when she’s not configuring Qualtrics authentications.

**Qualtrics**

Mae is a super user of Qualtrics and will be presenting on Qualtrics used to collect and summarize learner data in an online course. Used both to collect learner responses to inform live sessions, and to show learners summaries of their own data in [this asynchronous Executive Education program](https://www.hks.harvard.edu/educational-programs/executive-education/generative-ai-how-use-it-and-why-it-matters). She created these surveys and reports in partnership with Maria Flanagan, digital learning design lead for this program.
