Spring term is right around the corner!

Remember to Publish Your Course Site

Students are already starting to look at Spring courses, but they can only see your course site if you've published the content.

The image you see here is what you will see at the top right of your Canvas course site if you've published it for Spring. If you don't see the green box marked "Published," click the "Publish" button to make your site visible to prospective enrollees.

Canvas Workshops and Office Hours
Academic Technology for FAS offers regularly-scheduled Canvas workshops and office hours. Workshop topics range from Introduction to Canvas to advanced topics like site administration, assignments and grading, and calendar management. Visit our upcoming events page to learn more and to sign up for workshops, or contact us atatg@fas.harvard.edu with questions.

Spring Pilots
Learn more about our pilots of the AnnotationsX and CritiqueIt annotation tools (both of which now feature video annotation), as well as Image Media Management (featuring Mirador), and Flashcards. Each of these can be integrated into your Canvas site via LTI.

We Want to Hear from You
We're here to help with any aspect of using technology in your courses, any time during the year. Let us know how we can help at atg@fas.harvard.edu.

With best wishes,
Academic Technology for FAS
